Jessica Lindberg

Jessica is the President + Executive Director of Ethan Lindberg Foundation. She founded the organization in 2015 with her husband Erik. Jessica is also the creator and designer of Four Hearts Shop which benefits the foundation. She is a writer, speaker, and creator of The Heart Strong Podcast. She is most passionate about encouraging and equipping people to grow through life challenges. You can find Jessica on Instagram.

Jessica lives in IL with her husband, Erik, and three boys.

Erik Lindberg

Erik is a board member and co-founder of Ethan Lindberg Foundation. When he’s not working as an attorney, he’s helping Jessica with the foundation. He passionately advocates for people, especially families impacted by a pediatric chronic illness. He is honored to volunteer his time to support the heart community in honor of his son Ethan.

Erik lives in IL with his wife, Jessica, and their three boys.

Dr. Ravi Thiagarajan

Ravi Thiagarajan MBBS, MPH is a Physician and Chief the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, Department of Cardiology, Boston Children’s Hospital. He has 20 years of experience caring for critically ill children with cardiac disease. His clinical and research focus is in the use of Extracorporeal Life Support (ECLS). ECLS provides life-saving artificial heart and lung support to children who have heart or lung failure that fails to respond to conventional medical treatments; his research focuses on improving both survival and long-term outcomes for these children. He is committed to improving the journey and experiences that children and families face during critical illness requiring intensive care through collaboration and compassion.

Dr. Thiagarajan lives in Boston.

Robert Fredrickson

Robert Fredrickson is an attorney with Reno & Zahm LLP.

Robert attended the University of Wisconsin Madison, where he received his B.B.A. with honors in 1967 and his J.D. with honors in 1971. He has been recognized as a leading Illinois lawyer. Robert is a long term member of Rotary and is a founding member of the University of Wisconsin Alumni Club of Northern Illinois which gives scholarships to incoming University of Wisconsin students. Robert is honored to serve the Ethan M. Lindberg Foundation as treasurer and legal counsel.

Robert lives with his wife in Roscoe, IL.

Dr. Ram Emani

Dr. Emani is the Surgical Director of the Adult Congenital Heart Program, as well as the Director of the Complex Biventricular Repair Program. After graduating from Northwestern University with a B.Engg in Biomedical Engineering, he went on to attend Harvard Medical School. He completed his residency at Duke University Medical Center and a fellowship in Cardiovascular Surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital, after which he immediately became an Attending on the Heart Center Staff. In addition to performing cardiac surgeries, Emani is heavily involved in coagulation research.

Among many other accomplishments, he has developed improved surgical techniques for treating complex congenital heart disease via biventricular repair, developed a technology for expandable valve design in children, and contributed to major advancements in neonatal cardiac surgery. Emani has won numerous awards and accolades throughout his career and is committed to educating students and residents, both formally as an Assistant Professor in Surgery at Harvard Medical School and informally as a leader and mentor within Boston Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Emani lives with his wife and his two children in Newton, MA.

Brad Page

Brad Page is a Managing Director in Baird’s Technology and Services Group helping to coordinate efforts across Baird’s Facility, Industrial, Rental, and Environmental Services platform. During nearly 20 years of investment banking experience Brad has advised public, private, sponsor-backed, and founder-owned companies across M&A, debt and equity capital markets, spin-outs, divestitures, and corporate advisory completing over 50 transactions.

Brad received his MBA from Georgetown University and his B.A. from Denison University.

Additionally, Brad is a member of the President’s Council of the Shedd Aquarium, the MBA Alumni Advisory Council at Georgetown University, and is proud to be a board member of the Ethan M. Lindberg Foundation.

Brad lives in Winnetka, IL with his wife and three children.
